The latest revision of this iconic 1-rack unit audio converter takes it a step further, taking the best of its predecessors and adapting it to the ever-increasing needs and standards of the industry. Antelope Audio Orion 32+ Gen4 incorporates the latest Antelope Audio technology, dramatically increasing the unit's potential.

Antelope Audio interfaces are world-renowned for the quality and definition of their converters and the precision of the master clock that drives the new Antelope Orion 32+ Gen 4. Its AD/DA converters achieve a dynamic range of 130 dB, ensuring the Gen4's leadership position among high-end multi-channel interfaces. The high-performance conversion is controlled by the proprietary 64-bit Acoustically Focused Clocking technology and jitter management algorithm, which over the years has proven irreplaceable for countless music productions.

Orion 32+ Gen 4 connectivity is step ahead of any other converter

Orion 32+ Gen4 offers twice as many Thunderbolt™ channels and MADI connectivity as its predecessor. With 128 channels available, up to four units can be cascaded through a single computer connection, making it ideal for large recording sessions, live use, complex post-production setups and broadcast facilities. It is the ideal converter to pair with large mixing consoles, hardware effects processing, analog summers, reel-to-reel setups, hardware synthesizers and more.

A Dolby Atmos-ready converter that embraces the future of audio production

The interface supports a dedicated monitoring system for Dolby Atmos-ready immersive and surround sound, compatible with more than 23 listening formats from stereo to Dolby Atmos 9.1.6. It offers precise speaker and room calibration tools, as well as intuitive monitoring controls and quick preset recall capabilities designed to increase productivity. It is available as an optional upgrade for Orion 32+ Gen4.

In combination with Antelope MRC

As a physical extension of the system, the compatible Antelope MRC hardware controller provides streamlined, tactile controls that are essential for simple yet advanced monitoring.

The control software, much more than a graphical interface

The Antelope Orion 32+ Gen4 is not only updated in looks and enhanced hardware features, but also features a redesigned software control panel for an even smoother workflow.

The Orion 32's new control panel is complete with powerful preset recall, advanced signal routing management, level adjustments, mixer settings, and monitoring controls. A handy pop-out monitoring widget has been introduced for convenient output level control and preset recall, with an always-on-top feature. The unit's signal routing matrix is now fully customizable making patching clear and less complex.

An interface that is easy to integrate into any setup

Orion 32+ Gen4 is designed for quick and easy integration into a variety of studio setups, whether Thunderbolt- or USB-based. The interface is compatible with Windows and macOS systems and is guaranteed to accommodate all possible applications-from recording, mixing, interfacing, and converting to use as an advanced patch bay or monitor controller. The Orion 32 is also perfect for integration into a modular synthesizer system with its DC coupled I/O to send the CV signal from your favorite DAW directly to your hardware instruments.
