Microphone preamplifier with Attitude
The XR627 VHD input module gives a new “coloured” option for X-Rack users. It has the same VHD mic pre circuit as the E Series Signature Channel for variable drive characteristics, with the Line in control acting as a trim pot (so that signals can be savagely overdriven!). Following this are Hi- and Low-pass filters (same as in the XL Mic module), and finally the SSL Listen Mic Compressor.ADC
