Korg's Opsix SE is a special edition version of the now iconic Opsix Altered FM synthesizer, with expanded polyphony, a revamped look and a 61-note keyboard with aftertouch for smooth playability and enhanced expressiveness.

It also comes with a boutique-style hard case that protects the Opsix SE during travel. Building on the success of the original design, the Opsix SE retains all the features and performance controls that made the original a modern legend, with advanced sound-shaping capabilities at your fingertips.

Basing its design and topology on vintage synthesizer designs, the Opsix SE takes FM synthesis to the next level with six operators, three LFOs and a built-in step sequencer.

With eleven different filter types to choose from (including classic MS-20 and Polysix-style filters), you can shape your sound with absolute precision. The built-in screen features a spectrum analyzer and oscilloscope, which turn sounds into images to help you on your sound design journey.

In Creative Blocking Case, just press the dice icon and Opsix SE will generate totally random sound in an instant, perfect as a starting point or for creating new presets.

The ergonomic layout comes with a wide range of controls, including faders and rotary encoders, that will allow you to intervene in sound design yourself.

The new and improved all-metal design features sturdy metal knobs for effortless adjustment. The polyphony has also been expanded and now offers up to 80 stereo voices, so you can create huge tones and sounds with ease.
