The Korg Opsix SE is a special-edition version of the now iconic FM Altered Opsix synthesizer, featuring expanded polyphony, a revamped look, and a 61-note keyboard with aftertouch for smooth playability and enhanced expression. It also comes complete with a boutique-style hard case that keeps the Opsix SE protected during travel.

Building on the success of the original design, the Opsix SE retains all the features and performance controls that made the original a modern legend; with advanced sound shaping features at your fingertips.
Basing its design and toplogy on a vintage synthesizer, the Opsix SE takes FM synthesis to the next level with six operators, three LFOs, and a built-in step sequencer.

With eleven different filter types to choose from (including classic MS-20 and Polysix-style filters) you can shape your sound with absolute precision. The built-in screen features a spectrum analyzer and oscilloscope, which turn your sounds into images to help you on your sound design journey. In fact, when you hit a creative block, you can simply press the dice icon and Opsix SE will generate a totally random sound in an instant, perfect as a starting point or for creating new presets.

The ergonomic layout features a wide range of controls including faders and rotary encoders, so you can get hands-on with your sound design. The new and improved all-metal design features sturdy metal knobs for easy adjustments. The polyphony has also been expanded, now offering up to 80 stereo voices so you can easily reproduce huge timbres and sounds.
