Flexible audio routing

Think of Pro Tools | MTRX as an advanced command center for managing a variety of workflows, equipment, formats, and commands for the post-production environment. Route, split, and connect audio signals quickly and completely with DADman software. This matrix has a capacity of 1500×1500 cross points, whose inputs and outputs are matched through the digital patchbay. You can even send audio to multiple outputs simultaneously, giving you virtually unlimited workflow possibilities.

Dante protocol support

Through Pro Tools | MTRX you can connect Pro Tools | HDX or the HD Native system to any infrastructure that already uses the Dante protocol, the industry's most popular over-IP audio solution. It does not require much Ethernet cabling and makes for a more versatile workflow for routing audio between rooms and devices.

Remotely control sources with EUCON

Through the built-in DADman software, you can remotely control up to 45 mic-pres, directly from Pro Tools | Ultimate, Pro Tools | S6 and other EUCON-enabled interfaces. You'll also be able to create multi-monitor presets, making it easier to switch multichannel audio formats, from stereo and 7.1 surround and up to 64-channel Dolby Atmos.
