Osmose is a polyphonic synthesizer that breaks new ground in sound control and features a powerful synthesis engine created in collaboration with Haken Audio, an industry leader for many years.

The main innovative feature of Osmose , derived from the first Expressive E Touché product, is that each individual note can be articulated independently with unique expressive possibilities.

The powerful synthesis engine built in partnership with Haken Audio offers more than 500 presets, each of which has been developed to offer recording-ready performance and macros. The preset selection includes many musical genres, such as modern pop, urban, soundtracks, electronic music, sound design, and traditional instrumental music.

By making new levels of expressiveness available, the device required perfect interaction between Osmose 's unique keybed mechanism and its sound engine. For this Expressive E worked closely with Haken Audio to integrate its powerful EaganMatrix sound engine with Osmose .

Its modular sound engine combines many types of digital synthesis (including physical modeling, FM and more), making it a comprehensive tool for every need.

Made to maximize creativity and inspiration, Osmose offers a playability experience based on already familiar functions and thus presents a non-hard learning curve, providing all the benefits of MPE instruments without the need to completely re-learn the instrument.
