Returns and Restocking

In accordance with the provisions of the Legislative Decree of September 6, 2005 No. 206 (as amended and supplemented), the customer Consumer, if not satisfied with the products or the content of the services purchased from the Seller, may return the products themselves or waive the right to the provision of services and obtain a refund of the price already paid in advance.

Who canò exercise the right of withdrawal?

The right of withdrawal è applicable only and exclusively for purchases made by natural persons (consumer) and therefore for purchases of goods not used professionally and for sales initiated and resolved at a distance (for example, purchases made by telephone or online with home delivery).

The right of withdrawal cannotò be exercised by professionals, companies or entrepreneurs (VAT holders in general) and for purchases made in the presence at our store.

How do I activate the practice to exercise the right of withdrawal?

Purchased items can be returned within 14 days after delivery of the products or within 14 days after the purchase of the goods or services, by sending a request by e-mail to support@milkaudiostore.com, containing all the necessary and useful information to a proper processing of the practice of return and refund.

In order to proceed with the request è it is necessary to be in possession of the following material:

• Original and undamaged packaging in its entirety

• Accessories included in the product confesion (by way of example: power supplies, adapters, stickers...)
• Invoice of purchase
• Product codes for which the return is requested

How should I make the return of the goods?

After receiving confirmation regarding the suitability of the return request, the merchandise, complete with original packaging and accessories, must be shipped at the customer's expense, within 10 days from the return authorization to our office in Rome:

The shipment should be sent by express courier that allows the traceability of the shipment and should be adequately protected in order to safeguard the original packaging and the functioning of the product.

How soon will the refund be issued?

The refund will be issued by the within 14 days of receipt of the goods in our warehouse following conformity inspection by our staff.

Products excluded from the right of withdrawal

• Audiovisual products or computer software in download or sealed, opened by the consumer
• Custom-made or clearly customized goods

Warnings and more information

Milk Audio Store reserves the right not to issue a refund in cases where:

• the goods do not arrive in our warehouse within the agreed upon timeframe

• the returned merchandise is damaged
.
• the returned goods have obvious signs of wear and tear
• the returned goods have the original packaging ruined or in case of missing accessories or user manuals
