Roma Modulare, the most important annual meeting dedicated to Synthesizers in Italy, is about to begin and will have a completely renewed look!
The event will last two days and will be held at Forte Trionfale on September 27 and 28.
After the success of the 2022 edition of the EXPO so many Synth manufacturers, and not only, have decided to join the 2024 edition, emphasizing the international format of the Rome fair of modular and desktop synthesizers, with an offer enriched also by the presence of manufacturers of studio equipment, dedicated to record and music production.
Among the more than 80 brands at the show, for the world of synthesizers, we can mention German module manufacturer Doepfer, creator of the Eurorack format, on which his A-100 ANALOG MODULAR SYSTEM is based; Latvian manufacturer of Eurorack modules and desktop instruments, Erica Synths; Instruō, Scottish manufacturer of hand-built Eurorack modules; TipTop Audio, which will present the brand-new ART format, the number one candidate to revolutionize the Eurorack module market and which has carried on the production of Don Buchla's groundbreaking 200 series and converted it to Eurorack standard with the 200t project; Verbos Electronics, WMD, OXI Instruments, Make Noise, MOOG, Arturia, Teenage Engineering, and many many more...
Roma Modulare, given its nature as a gathering of musicians, engineers and producers, could only naturally also develop the ambition of becoming a reference point for Music Production.
In fact, all the most important brands dedicated to the world of professional audio have joined because, as important as it is to know and be up-to-date on the world of synthesizers, it is also fundamental, in order to get the best results, to be able to insert Synths in a production environment that tends to excellence.

Speakers at the 15 workshops will include Joran van Gremberghe, founder of Joranalogue; Andrea Ponzoni, head of Music at Doc Servizi; Glenn Keteleer, product specialist at Soma Laboratory; Chris Calcutt of Focusrite Group; and many, many more.
And Enrico Cosimi? of course will be the undisputed star, presenting no less than four workshops! Two on Friday the 27th and two on Friday the 28th.
Roma Modulare 2024 will take place on September 27 and 28 in anarea of about 2,000 square meters inside Forte Trionfale, one of the 15 forts surrounding the eternal city.
The location is part of a wonderful urban redevelopment program that aims to enhance creativity and create connections between people.
Modular Rome invites all participants to be protagonists in this process by bringing innovation, music and culture.
The program of the Rome Expo dedicated to music production is completed with non-stop live music from lunchtime until the closing of the gates, scheduled for 11:30 p.m., strictly performed with Modular Synthesizers, and with a culinary offering that will accompany visitors from opening to closing in a journey of sounds and flavors.
